Health Screenings:
Vision Screening is mandated by the Utah Department of public health and performed annually and as needed for the following students:
Preschool, Kindergarten - 7th grade, students receiving special education services, and at the request of a teacher or parent/guardian.
Referral Resources are available from the school nurse upon request
Scoliosis Screening for 7th graders and re-screen for 8th graders.
